The shaft features Longoni's distinctive Eiffel 71 profile, combining a conical section closer to the joint with the characteristic Eiffel-profile section toward the front of the shaft. This geometry provides the balance of stability, responsiveness, and feedback that has made the E71 one of the most widely used Longoni profiles for 3-cushion play.
Manufactured from carefully selected maple, the E71 offers the natural feel and feedback preferred by players who favor traditional wooden shafts. Longoni carefully processes and stabilizes the wood to help maintain dimensional stability and consistent playing characteristics over time.
